Thank you for shopping with KonaBae! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


📦 Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Please allow 2–10 business days for your order to process before shipment.
    (Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.)

  • Preorders / Made-to-order items:
    These items take longer as they are produced specifically for your order. Estimated fulfillment times:

    • Stickers: 3–5 weeks

    • Apparel: 5–8 weeks

    • Other items: 5–7 weeks

🚛 Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.):
    After processing, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, though rare delays may occur.

  • International Shipping:
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (Update this if you plan to expand.)


💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder just in case.


📬 Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
KonaBae is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
