When can I expect my order?
Preorder-
- Shipping time is the same as above, however since these products are made to order please expect around 3-5 weeks for stickers, 5-8 weeks for apparel, 5-7 weeks for anything else plus processing time for the products to be manufactured. Please keep an eye our on the official Instagram Konabae.co for updates
In Stock-
- Please allow 2-10 business days for orders to process. This does not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Domestic orders: Delivery times can take 7-10 business days on a usual basis. More than a week does happen on very rare occasions.
Issues with my order?
- Please reach out to us via email to try and resolve any concerns with an order that has been received.
