When can I expect my order?
Preorder-
- Shipping time is the same as above, however since these products are made to order please expect around 3-5 weeks for stickers, 5-8 weeks for apparel, 5-7 weeks for anything else plus processing time for the products to be manufactured. Please keep an eye on the official Konabae.co Instagram for updates.
In Stock-
- Please allow 2-10 business days for orders to process. This does not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Domestic orders: Delivery times can take 7- 10 business days on a usual basis. More than a week does happen on very rare occasions.
Issues with my order?
- Please reach out to us via email to try to resolve any concerns with an order that has been received.

- All sales are final. Please make sure you look over your order(s) before finalizing it. It is very important that you ensure your name and address is correct so that your order gets to the right address.
